Will you ship outside the United Kingdom ?
Sadly due to the different laws that surround the use of products containing CBD products at this time we are only working with customers within the UK .
My workplace conducts random drug tests
We believe in being honest with our custopmers as your livelihood is more important than us getting a sale from you . So we would strongly advise against consuming any CBD products and especially some of full spectrum products that can contain up to the UK legal linit of 0.02 THC .
WILL YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER ORDER ?
We use Royal Mail signed for delivery to protect buyers and us as a seller as the Royal Mail provides a trusted delivery service Unfortunately Royal Mail will only provide a tracking number as proof of delivery . However we will provide you with the tracking number in the unlikely event that there is a problem/issue with your delivery.
I’VE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
If when you place your order you make a small mistake when placing your order please contact us ASAP as we can then amend your order .Please note if we have already processed your order and you’ve failed to alert us to the mistake we will need to wait and see if the order is returned back to us . When we recieve it back we can either issue you a refund or resend it back to youwith the correct address you provided .
