Swedish Ben’s – REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of our products we will issue a refund providing:

  • You make contact with us within 14 days from the date of your original purchase by sending an e mail to us through our contact us page . Please provide us with your order number and a description as to why you would like a refund. Please note that we are not liable for any losses or damages if the above does not happen.
  • When returning an order for a refund it will need to be in its original packaging and unopened within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the return item has been damaged or used or opened , unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund.
  • Please note and as expected all orders will be checked and if in a saleable condition a full refund will be offered .
  • Please note when we issue a refund the cost will exclude postage & packaging . However you will recieve a full refund for the cost of your original order/purchase.
  • Please note in most instances your refund will be credited using the original method used for your purchase.
  • Please note we will not issue a refund or an exchange if the product reaches us in an open condition,damaged packaging or in a used condition

It is our aim to dispatch all previous orders before 12 pm . Please note the dispatch time could be subject to change dependent on our stock levels.


All payments placed through swedishben are conducted via secure SSL and we accept most forms of credit card . Paypal payments are on a case by case basis due to the high number of dishonest buyers . We will dispatch your order once we have recieved your payment.

Please note we can not be held liable for your purchase/order if you provide us with incorect address or delivery information



Please note that some our full spectrum CBD products could in some people cause tiredness or a slow down in normal reactions we strongly advise not driving or using heavy machinery .


As explained earlier all transactions are conducted via secure SSL Viva Wallet and Paypal on the payment screen .


  • Royal Mail signed for delivery orders are dispatched and tracked and you should expect your order to be delivered within 1 -2 days .
  • We do not despatch on Sundays for obvious reasons.


As you are probally aware CBD products are natural, and as such can be subject to natural changes . As follows we cannot be held responsible for any variations in either colour ,smell or taste .
